At Live Life Disability Support we provide residential and respite support to people who have disabilities to live lives that reflect their personal aspirations and choices. Live Life Disability Support provides support to people in a variety of residential settings across the Nelson/Tasman and Marlborough regions. We are the largest residential service provider in the top of the South. 

We are looking for a senior administrator to support our Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with management and team leaders.
  • Compile agendas and take minutes.
  • Contribute to the Quality Improvement Team.
  • Manage report collation, purchasing, and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
  • Rostering and Recruitment

You will also be expected to support other administrators during periods of leave and illness. In exchange, you'll experience diverse tasks, team support, a collaborative work environment, and job stability.

Your work hours will span Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to ensure comprehensive coverage across our two office locations.

You should be customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at interacting with diverse individuals. Proficiency in all MS Office 365 applications is essential, along with experience in agenda preparation, minute-taking, exceptional data entry abilities and experience in rostering and recruiting processes.

You must excel in multitasking under time constraints and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and teamwork. Maintaining professionalism under pressure to meet deadlines is crucial. Passion for your work, proactive identification of process improvements, and a solid grasp of procedural importance are also required.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
