Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
We are looking for a personable and capable administrator with outstanding communication and organisational skills to join our friendly Secretarial team at Wairau Hospital. You will provide administrative support to our multidisciplinary clinical teams.
This will include accurate data management and maintenance of our patient information system, managing elective bookings via wait-lists, and ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of documentation.
Dictaphone experience and a typing speed of 45-50 words per minute would be advantageous however this is not essential.
This position is 72 hours per fortnight (0.9 FTE). Our office hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Your actual hours of work will be agreed in discussion with the Team Leader.
The starting salary for this position is $74,090 (pro rata i.e. based on a 40 hour working week).
Our preferred applicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
