Nelson Hospital Theatre Suite consists of 6 Operating Theatres with a Recovery Room, a Sterile Services department and Endoscopy suite. We are a friendly and supportive team focusing on providing a caring and professional environment, delivering quality care and extended nursing practice. Shifts are rostered and rotating across Sunday to Monday with on call after hours. 

**Please indicate in your covering letter the FTE or hours/fortnight that you'd prefer within the 0.5FTE (40 hrs/fortnight) up to 1.0FTE (80 hrs/fortnight) range**

You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC and post-registration experience working with a multi-disciplinary perioperative team. You will have a positive attitude, an innovative and adaptable approach to practice, excellent communication skills and a real commitment to providing quality patient-centred care. You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
