Wairau Hospital Theatre Suite consists of 5 Operating Theatres with a Recovery Room, a Sterile Services department and Day Stay Unit.
We have a permanent 0.8FTE position (64 hours a fortnight) available. This position is based in the main theatre department where we provide public acute and elective services, as well as private cases. Shifts are rostered Monday-Sunday, with on call after hours and at the weekends.

You will be an experienced Theatre RN, EN or RNAA with the ability to care for patients undergoing a variety of acute and elective surgical procedures.
Team work is key in the operating theatre; you will need to be a team-player with a collaborative attitude towards patient care.
