About the Role
You will be caring for patients undergoing Radiology procedures within CT and other radiological examinations. Your knowledge and experience of acute care i.e. ICU or ED and an ACLS (Level 6) & IV cannulation certificate would be advantageous. This position is Monday to Friday 0800- 1630.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Working within the Radiology Department at Wairau, you will be part of a supportive and close-knit multidisciplinary team. You will be working alongside a small group of Registered Nurses, Medical Imaging Technologists, and Radiologists who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The service provides a broad range of diagnostic and interventional procedures, offering a dynamic and varied clinical environment. Located in the Wairau region, the department benefits from a strong sense of community, collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement, making it an excellent place to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes.
About you
You will be a New Zealand registered nurse. You will have a demonstrable record of providing a high standard of care for patients. You will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. You will enjoy being part of a team that values teamwork, respects individual needs and is motivated by excellent clinical outcomes.
