About the Role

As an Inpatient Physiotherapist, you will enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing quality assessment and goal orientated interventions through a patient-centred approach.

This role requires you to be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to service needs. Normal hours of work are between Monday - Friday between 6.00AM to 8.00PM. 

This role contributes to the weekend roster and on-call is required. It is fixed term parental leave cover until January 2027, working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE).

About you

As a Physiotherapist Inpatients, you will:

  • Be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to service needs;
  • Be a NZ Registered Physiotherapist with comprehensive clinical assessment;
  • Have problem-solving skills with the experience and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively;
  • Have excellent communication skills to liaise with health professionals and health agencies.

We are also looking for someone with broad clinical knowledge and experience who values teamwork and is an innovative and flexible thinker, motivated by excellent clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
