About the Role

As a Medical Imaging Technologist,you will work with medical imaging equipment taking x-rays for patients whilst providing quality patient care.

You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient-centred environment. There are opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement.

This is a full-time role working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). Shifts will be scheduled between 7:00AM – 11:00PM Monday to Sunday, with rotating and rostered on-call between 10:30PM and 8:00AM.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our teamof20 Medical Imaging Technologistsprovide a comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: General Radiography, Ultrasound, CT and Mammography.

About you

As a Medical Imaging Technologist,you will have or be:

  • NZ registered with the NZMRT Board, and hold a current APC as a Medical Imaging Technologist
  • a positive and friendly team player with great sense of humor,
  • a sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography,
  • great communication skills and empathy,
  • the passion to deliver high-quality healthcare,
  • flexibility to work within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster. 

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
