Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
This role is a key member of Te waka Hauora, our Maori health team. It
is also part of a wider team which will work across multiple services, agencies
and providers to better meet the holistic needs of service users in central
Nelson. This role will provide support and give leadership to the Nikau Hauora
Hub. As this service works to better meet the needs of people and whanau who need
to access multiple and diverse health and social supports. The role will work to
coordinate teams to develop goals and objectives established in partnership
with the person/whanau and supported by the services and agencies involved to
work towards achieving them.

You will have a strong
background in health leadership. You will be a culturally competent
practitioner able to connect with people from different backgrounds. You will
be experienced in working across the system with a range of organisations and
people to deliver better health outcomes for our clients
