About the Role
Join Health New Zealand - Nelson Marlborough as an HR Coordinator and play a key role in guiding managers and staff across a wide range of HR processes and providing administrative and coordination support.
This role will expose you to everything we do in HR and is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a health care setting, supporting those who care for our community.
This is a Fixed Term, Part time role for up to 12 months working 72 hours per fortnight (0.9 FTE), Monday to Friday between 8.30AM to 5.00PM. You’ll be based at the Richmond Health Hub .

About the Team/Service/ Location
You will be joining a supportive HR Coordinator team who work closely with the recruitment, payroll and HRBP teams to ensure seamless HR Operations.

About you
The preferred candidate will have:
- Sound understanding of HR administration systems and processes,
- Strong sense of ownership, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities,
- Customer focussed mindset to help ensure a seamless experience for our people,
- Proven experience in a role requiring high levels of confidentiality,
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
