Enrolled Nurse - (CCDM/VRM) Resource Pool

- Permanent 0.7FTE position working mainly PM and night shifts
- A minimum of 2 years post-registration nursing experience is required
- This role offers plenty of variety across all wards/units/shifts
Are you an experienced Enrolled Nurse with a can do attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a changing and dynamic clinical environment on a daily basis? If so, this VRM/CCDM Resource Pool role could be the ideal position for you.
Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
This resource pool role requires you to practice both independently and in collaboration with your nursing colleagues and other health professionals to assess consumers’ health needs. You will utilise your knowledge and experience in general surgical/medical/acute care nursing to provide quality care, and to advise and support consumers to manage their own health.
This is a permanent 0.7FTE position, working an average of 56 hours a fortnight, across mainly PM and night shifts, and a variety of wards/units. Join our team and bring your advanced nursing skills to supporting better health outcomes for our patients.
Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?)
You will have current NZNC registration and a practising certificate and will be a vibrant and enthusiastic enrolled nurse with at least 2 years post-registration nursing experience in an acute environment. It will be important that you have a commitment to providing a quality service and being part of a high performing team. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and will enjoy keeping up to date with clinical practice.
