Clinical Administration Support (District Nursing), Nelson Hospital, Fixed Term Part-time

About the Role

As Clinical Administration Support (District Nursing) , you will triage calls, manage emails, book appointments, order and restock supplies, database entry as well as other general administration tasks. There is a customer service focus to this role also.

This is a part-time, fixed term role for three months, working 56 hours per fortnight (0.7 FTE); Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00AM to 4.30PM.

About the Team/Service/ Location

We are a busy community nursing services that runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year, based in Richmond Health Hub, with offices in Motueka, Wakefield and Tapawera.

About you

AsClinical Administration Support (District Nursing) , you will

  • Be an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with well-developed interpersonal skills;
  • Have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service;
  • Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills;
  • Enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising your work whilst remaining calm under pressure;
  • Respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality;
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as cohesively in a team environment.

You will also have a good level of computer literacy across the Microsoft Office suite.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
