Clinical Administration Support (Casual) Nelson

- You’ll gain valuable insight into working as a hospital administrator. You can take a break between assignments, or move onto your next assignment.

About the Role
As a Casual Clinical Administration Support, you will provide administrative support to our consultants and clinical teams.
The casual pool is made up of administrators and secretaries who work on assignments of varying lengths. They train with the staff member who's leaving, and continue in the role until a permanent replacement is appointed. This can take several weeks, or even several months, while we find the right fit for the role.
A typing speed of 50 words per minute is essential. Dictaphone experience and medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferred applicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.
As this is a Casual position, the hours on an as-per-needed basis. The hours for this role could range daily from 7:00AM – 5.00PM, Monday to Friday. No on-call is required.

About you

- provide a consistently high standard of customer service to our team.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
