About the Role

As Clinical Administration Support, you will apply your attention to detail, skill for data management and accuracy  in supporting our clinical staff in accessing vital patient clinical content which saves lives and improves our patient’s care journey.

This role involves producing accurate records, assisting patients and staff with queries as well as general administrative duties as may be needed.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 66 hours per fortnight (0.83 FTE), Monday to Friday. Hours to be discussed.

About you

As Clinical Administration Support, you will:

  • have a bright, outgoing personality,
  • possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service,
  • be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite,
  • be highly empathetic, respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload. 

Medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferred applicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
