Clinical Administration Support, Wairau Hospital, Permanent Part-time

About the Role
We are looking for a personable and capable administrator with outstanding communication and organisational skills to join our friendly Administration team at Nelson Hospital.
As Clinical Administration Support, you will:
- provide administrative support to our multidisciplinary clinical teams;
- upkeep accurate data management and maintenance of our patient information system;
- manage elective bookings via wait-lists;
- ensure the efficient and accurate processing of documentation.
Dictaphone
experience and a typing speed of 45-50 words per minute would be advantageous
however this is not essential.
This position is 56 hours per fortnight (0.7 FTE), working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM. Your actual hours of work will be agreed in discussion with the Team Leader.
Preferred applicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
