We are looking for a highly skilled Charge Nurse Manager to work alongside and lead a team of dedicated paediatric & neonatal nurses at Wairau Hospital in Blenheim.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and culturally competent paediatric/youth nurse, with advanced clinical knowledge and expertise, who has proven leadership experience to deliver acute inpatient, outpatient and community outreach services to children and youth. 

You will have a record of clinical mentorship, effective change management and a commitment to excellence in caring for children and youth in collaboration with other services and MDTs. You will be part of an effective team developing and leading models of care, process, policy and guidelines relating to this client group.
