About the Role

As Administration Support in the Integrated Operations Centre, you will provide an efficient administration service for the centre. Day to day duties may include:

  • Contacting patients, families or visitors with warmth and friendliness;
  • Updating patient and organisational documents and records;
  • Entering data into the system;
  • Always providing quality customer service.

This is a part-time, permanent role working 32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE), Saturday and Sunday, 10.00AM to 5.30PM.

Our dynamic team of Duty Nurse Managers provides critical leadership and coordination across the district, offering a rewarding opportunity to be part of a high-performing service, with this role based in Nelson.

About you

As Administration Support in the integrated operations centre, you will:

  • Show up with a professional, positive work attitude;
  • Be organised and be able to prioritise a busy workload;
  • Have high levels of initiative and be able to work unsupervised;
  • Be flexible, motivated and willing to take on new tasks;
  • Maintain confidentiality and have diplomacy.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
