Secretarial Support – Clinical Support Services (Wairau)

About the role

This is a medical secretary position and responsibilities will include making appointments, processing clinics and typing clinic correspondence. This will require a minimum typing speed of 55wpm.

You will be an experience secretary with great interpersonal skills and a high degree of accuracy and computer literacy.  Knowledge of medical terminology and Dictaphone typing experience would be an advantage, however training can be provided. 

You will enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary team including surgeons, physicians, registrars, nurses, other clinical professionals and administration staff.

Our usual hours of work are between 7.30AM and 6.00PM. The commencing salary for Secretarial Support is $43,580 (pro rata) per annum.
