We are looking for an efficient personal assistant with outstanding communication and organisational skills to join our public health team. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to members of our Public Health management team. This will include the diary management, coordination, typing of documents and general office administration.
Hours and days of work will be discussed with the successful applicant.

You’ll be bright, outgoing, possess excellent interpersonal skills and will provide a consistently high level of customer service. You will be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. You’ll respect the importance of maintaining confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload. Please note that our preferred applicant may be required to undertake a computer-based skills assessment.
