Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
As a nurse
educator it is your role to coach and educate staff to their best potential resulting
in improved experiences for our health consumers. A big part of this role will be ensuring that
clinical quality systems are in place within and across our nursing services to
enhance care delivery.
You will assist in identifying areas for development
alongside staff, and develop with them objectives and plans in order to help
them apply learnings to practice.
This is a permanent 0.8FTE role working 64 hours a fortnight.

You will be an experienced, resilient and adaptable senior registered nurse with a current practicing certificate and substantial emergency nursing experience. You will have excellent communication and engagement skills, and you will have demonstrated your ability to teach adults in both formal and informal setting. You will have a current Expert portfolio and a Certificate in Adult Teaching Level 4. Masters of Nursing level post graduate education or working towards is essential.
