About the role

We are looking for an administrator to join our Allied Health team at Wairau Hospital. This is a permanent full-time position working 80 hours a fortnight. The role has a variety of duties and we are looking to employ someone who is happy to help out where needed and support the clinical team by undertaking general administrative tasks, making appointments, and coordinating with other areas of the hospital. 

About you

You will have excellent administration and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated, have superb time management skills, and enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising your work. You will also be expected to assist the other administrative staff by covering periods of leave and sickness.

Previous administration experience, a strong degree of computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously are essential. The commencing salary for Administration Support is $36,329 (pro rata) per annum.
