Youth Forensic Case Manager – CAMHS


Permanent full time position located in Nelson

Applications are invited from Registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience within a CAMHS/Youth Forensic Setting or Acute Mental Health Setting, who are seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative and incredibly motivated team. An important aspect to this role is inter-agency work; including working with community services such as Oranga Tamariki, Youth Offending Teams, Youth and District Court and local Maori networks. It’s essential that you are up-to-date with current research findings relating to major mental health issues, youth offending trends, comprehensive assessments and evidence based interventions for this population.

Nelson city is the geographical centre of New Zealand. It has three national parks within a 90 minute drive and is surrounded by beaches, mountains, hidden valleys, raging rivers and golden sands.
