About the role

This is a permanent full-time position working 80 hours a fortnight, typically worked Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00AM – 4.30PM Monday to Friday, and is based at Nelson Hospital.

You will be working within multi-disciplinary teams including a range of health professionals and administration staff. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: ensuring patient documentation is maintained and up to date, booking appointments and follow-ups and typing. You will also be expected to assist the other administrative staff by covering periods of leave and sickness, which may occasionally involve working out for the Richmond Health Hub.

The starting salary for Administration Support is $36,239 per annum.

About you

You will have excellent administration and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, and enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising their work.

Previous administration experience, a strong degree of computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
